What level of hosting support can I expect?

We focus on good communication and support, so you can expect a high level of service.

Fast UK Hosting is only a small company, so we don't have a team of people manning a help desk 24/7. However, we deliberately host for a limited number of customers, and keep our offering extremely simple, so we are able to manage all support commitments easily.

Our support is whatever you want it to be. We are on the phone 10am-4pm Mon-Fri with plans to offer an evening clinic also. We are also always available on email for questions or issues you may have, and our aim is to reply to all emails within 1 hour.

The specification of our servers is so high that we hardly ever receive support requests to do with performance, and with load-balancing as standard and 99.99% uptime we also hardly ever have support requests because websites are down. So whatever support requirements you do have when you host your website with us, you can be sure we'll have plenty of time to talk to you about it.
